Are the products on the website original / authentic?
Yes. All our products are original , being checked by experts in the field. Thus, we guarantee the authenticity of each item.
Where do the products sold by SOSUKICKS come from?
We work with a wide network of sellers and stores in Europe, which includes only verified and trusted partners who deal only with original pairs. In addition, before reaching the customer, the items are checked by our team so that they are genuine, unworn and free of defects.
How does the authentication process work?
After the products arrive at us, they first pass through the hands of our experts. They are carefully examined: labels, seams, accessories, packaging, smell, etc. Each element is precisely checked to guarantee the authenticity of the product you receive.
Do you offer legit-check services?
Unfortunately, we can only help you with the pairs we sell.
Why is the price on your website higher than the launch price?
The products in our catalog are highly sought after and limited, not available in stores or official distributors. For this reason, we also purchase them at a higher (resale) price to be able to offer them to our customers.
Are the products under warranty?
The sneakers sold by SOSUKICKS are original, new / unworn, but are considered second-hand products by the way they are resold.
Therefore, we offer a 30-day warranty for defects caused by a manufacturing error.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For orders from Romania, you can pay cash on delivery by check , card or bank transfer .
For orders outside Romania, the only payment methods are card or bank transfer.
How do I choose the right size?
To be sure that the size is correct, check the "Size" section, available on each pair's page.

Why does the price differ by size?
Our prices are determined by the supply and demand of the entire sneaker market. The demand for certain sizes may be higher or the quantity produced may be lower, this fact being reflected in the price. For this reason, the price of the same model may vary depending on the size.
How do you determine the price of the products?
The products offered by us are usually released in limited quantities . Because of this, stores run out of stock very quickly.
Our goal is to be able to offer you these new and authentic products in the safest way.
The price of a product depends on the model, its size and the current market value. The market value varies depending on the quantity produced and the demand .
As they change, so does our price go up or down.
The prices shown on the page of each product are final . There are no additional or hidden costs.
Exchanges & Returns
Can I exchange/return the ordered product?
Yes. Within 14 calendar days you have the right to return it and receive the full amount or exchange it for another product.

What should I do if I received a defective or different product than the one I ordered?
In case you received a defective or different product from the one ordered, please write to us at contact@sosukicks.ro .
Our team will help you return the received product as quickly as possible.
Delivery
In how many days will my order be delivered?
The delivery time is 2-14 working days . You will be kept informed about the status of the order by email.
How much does the transportation costs?
Delivery in Romania for orders over 500 RON is free
For orders under 500 RON, the shipping cost is 19.90 RON .
Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece, Poland: 34.90 RON
The rest of the European Union countries: 69.90 RON
Can I check the products? By which courier company will the order be shipped?
Yes. Every order from Romania is shipped via DPD and benefits from the Open for Delivery service.
